Welcoming a Petro-Canada Gas Station and Convenience Store, this expansion marks a strategic move towards comprehensive services for both locals and commuters. Embarking on the transformative Phase 3 of the Chief Louis Crossing development, a striking two-storey commercial building is set to emerge, redefining the landscape with its innovative design. The ground floor of this structure is envisioned to accommodate a lead tenant. Next door, a crafted layout will accommodate five or six tenants in units spanning approximately 2,000 square feet each.

The pinnacle of the building, Level Two with units yet to be determined, will add an additional dimension, encompassing roughly 14,000 square feet of possible office space, but not limited to.
